Guidelines
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts meet the following guidelines (there will be no resubmissions to correct any issues). The paper should be a complete manuscript, up to six (6) pages (inclusive of all figures, tables, and bibliography) in a standard IEEE format: A4 pages, two columns, single spaced, 10 points Times New Roman font. The paper should be accompanied by an abstract of approximately 100 words that clearly states the contribution significance, its impact, and obtained results.
All submissions must be prepared by using the IEEE template that can be found [here]. Important: papers not compliant with the IEEE template or exceeding the page limit will be returned without review! The manuscript must be in PDF format only and be a readable file. Duplicate submissions will be rejected. Furthermore, ETS will notify the technical chair of the venue where the duplicate was submitted. Scientific papers can be accepted for:
- oral presentation; you will be asked to prepare a final manuscript for inclusion in the formal proceedings,
- poster presentation; in this case a single-page abstract will be included in the formal proceedings.
