Submission Process
ETS'14 solicits original research contributions addressing emerging trends and novel concepts in VLSI testing. These contributions can be of the following types:
- scientific papers for the formal proceedings, presenting new and unpublished solutions supported by experimental results,
- contributions for the special track on Emerging Test Strategies,
- proposals for panels, embedded tutorials, and other special sessions,
- vendor presentations focusing on new features of test related products.
A submission of a scientific paper is considered as a commitment that, upon acceptance, the author(s) will submit a final camera-ready version of the paper for inclusion in the symposium proceedings and will present the paper or a poster at the symposium. The registration of at least one author is required for publication. The organizing committee of ETS reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the symposium (e.g., removal from the IEEE Xplore database), if the paper is not presented at the symposium.
The key dates:
- Full paper submission deadline: extended to December 8th, 2013
- Notification of acceptance: February 14th, 2014
- Camera-ready manuscript: March 21st, 2014
Only electronic submission of PDF files via the paper submission page of the ETS'14 web site are accepted.
Members of the ETS'14 Program Committee, all experts in the test technology, will review submissions and will make the final accept/reject decisions on all papers. Authors will be notified by February 14th, 2014. They will also receive the review ratings and comments on respective submissions.
